Many papers and texts have presented derivations for the fixed
receivers presented in this section. However, many have not considered channel
ISI
or do not present solutions useful in implementing the receiver
structures. For instance, some solutions are developed which can be
implemented only in block processes.
The reason for developing solutions here is to provide solutions
adaptable for computer simulation.
