• The default file name is sys_params.mat, however, any file name with a .mat extension will work.
• The only option is currently system parameters. If the software is expanded, this pulldown menu can contain different sets of variables.
• Saves the system parameters defined in global_sys_params.m to the .mat file specified by File Name. The file is saved in the current working directory and overwrites the file if it already exists.
• Loads the global system parameters stored in the file specified by File Name. The System Parameters window (4.3.2) is updated with the new parameters. If the .mat file does not contain the global system parameters, errors will occur!
• Exits the Save/Load Variables Window.
